About Gendraw

Engineering experience connected by automation.

Working with Gendraw

Clear commercial arrangements from enquiry to delivery.

Project-specific requirements are agreed before work begins, so scope, responsibilities and expected outputs remain clear.

Insurance information

Professional indemnity and public liability requirements are reviewed as part of the project enquiry. Current evidence of cover and applicable policy details can be provided on request before engagement.

Confidentiality & NDAs

Customer requirements and project information are treated as confidential. Gendraw can review a customer NDA or agree suitable mutual confidentiality terms before commercially sensitive information is transferred.

Customer CAD data

CAD files are used only for the agreed work and access is limited to those involved in delivery. Transfer, storage, retention, return or deletion requirements can be agreed before files are supplied. Project material is not used publicly without permission.

Geographic coverage

Remote CAD, programming and automation support is available throughout the UK. On-site engineering and scanning principally covers mainland England, Wales and Scotland; islands and international work can be considered separately.

Lead times

Lead time depends on scope, input-data quality, site access and current capacity. Each quotation states a proposed start date and delivery programme; urgent requirements can be discussed during the initial review.

Quotation & approval

Gendraw first reviews the requirement, inputs and intended deliverables. A written quotation then records the scope, assumptions, exclusions, price, VAT position and programme. Work starts after written approval or an agreed purchase order, and any scope change is agreed before additional work proceeds.
